365 Days In A Second

1 year ago I looked like this.

and 1 year ago on a  warm, sunny California day, I strolled into the hospital with a towel to talk to labor and delivery about my loss of bladder control. I didn't even bring my husband, that's how sure I was it wasn't the real thing.

Boy was I wrong.

Soon after arriving at the hospital, we had a brand new baby boy in our lives.

It's been a busy year, with lots of fun activities, traveling to Pennsylvania a couple of times, traveling to Nevada, and all around Southern California.

It feels like he was just born yesterday, but instead of a brand new baby boy, I have a 1 year old!

He is still the sweet, cuddly little boy he was when he was born...just a lot bigger. And a lot more active.

Happy First Birthday to my Benjamin! We love you little man! I can't believe how quickly this year has gone and how much fun we've had now that you're in our lives :)
