A Quick Catch Up-picture overload

We've had a busy couple of weeks! With our furnace breaking (and me sitting at home for HOURS and HOURS to wait for people to show up to fix things or give estimates), and Jack being hospitalized again for a respiratory virus, we've just started to venture out of the house a bit more.

Some things you missed...

Country fair day at Carriage Hill, a cute old fashioned farm. Jack was in the hospital when I took A and B to this and they had a great time seeing the animals and try out some old fashioned farm tools.

They mostly just liked the animals ;)

and of course, it's seriously fall now, so we've started pumpkin activities! First up, a trip to Young's Jersey Dairy to pick a pumpkin in their pumpkin patch!

They had a pumpkin painting station set up and the kids were all so excited to paint their pumpkins. They're proudly displayed outside of our house now and the twins feel the need to say hi and bye to their pumpkins every time we come and go. They're huge pumpkins so we'll probably carve them closer to Halloween time.

Possibly up next, a preview of their halloween costumes I've been working on for 2 months now ;)
