Arnicare Gel Review + Giveaway!

This post is sponsored by Boiron USA, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.

In my glory days of high school athletics, I had a lot of sore muscles, aches and pains. Now, in my glory days of mommyhood, carrying 3 toddlers around, I might as well have played an entire basketball game or ran the state cross country meet. Ouch. Of course, I'm not as young anymore and maybe that's just part of old age? ughh am I really getting to the point I need to say "old age" about myself? Not the point, moving on....so what do you do to relieve sore muscles and aches and pains of carrying your kids around? What about those bruises they leave on your shins from kicking you while trying to climb on you (please tell me I'm not the only one)?

Arnicare gel is a topical gel to relieve muscle aches and stiffness, swelling and discoloration from bruises.

It comes with a lot of great other points that, if you're like me, you'll be pretty impressed with:
  • Unscented
  • Non-Greasy
  • Quickly Absorbed
  • Paraben-Free
  • Reduces pain, swelling and bruises
  • No Artificial Additives or Preservatives
  • Works Naturally With Your Body
My favorite feature is that it is free of parabens and artificial preservatives. It really is a safe product to use for your every day aches and pains, or if you try to get in shape again for the 2039th time (again, please tell me I'm not the only one).

I've used other products in the past for similar reasons that have left strong scents and stickiness for a long time after you put them on. With Arnicare, I feel ok with putting it on my arms and hugging my kids immediately, knowing none of it will get on them because it has already been absorbed. It really is that quick.

As for how Arnicare gel works at actually relieving the soreness and achiness? I will say, it's not a miracle worker. If you're sore, you shouldn't expect immediate relief using this product. I always felt much better the day after using it. As for bruising, I did get an opportunity to try it out on a bruise on my leg. Again, it's not a miracle worker, the bruise doesn't instantly disappear, but I do think it shortened the time frame of the bruising by a day or 2 (it usually takes me about 4 or 5 days to go from a bad bruise to clear skin). You may thank my children for the opportunity for the soreness and bruises that gave me the opportunity to use Arnicare.

So, do you have kids beating you up? Or trying to get in shape AGAIN (and maybe realizing you'll never be a high school athlete again)? Think this is a product you'd like to try? Here's your chance! Boiron USA has generously donated a great prize pack ($50 worth of goods) to THREE (3) lucky readers! Giveaway open to US Residents ONLY. Details are below!
